Forged from a single piece of steel these knives are robust and durable with a reassuring weight in the hand.
These knives are carbon steel and so require some care, they are not dishwasher safe and need to be hand washed and dried to prevent rusting. Each knife is individually hand forged so there may be size and shape variation between pieces. I don't hold stock of every size and design so your knife may be forged to order, i will contact you to advise a lead time when you order.
